Simply tap the "Create Workout" button on the home screen, set your preferences (equipment, fitness level, workout focus), and let our AI generate a custom routine for you! Then edit it live with drag & drop reordering, exercise swapping, and add/remove options.
Long press on any exercise card and drag it to a new position. You'll see smooth animations and haptic feedback as you reorder. Changes are saved automatically!
Look for the swap button (🔄) next to each exercise. Tap it to get intelligent alternatives that target the same muscle groups with your available equipment. Keep tapping to cycle through options!
Yes! Use the edit menu to add exercises from our comprehensive database or remove exercises you don't want. All changes are saved in real-time.
Yes! You can use Flex ex anonymously with limited features. For the full experience including workout history and cross-device sync, we recommend signing in with Apple or Google.
Flex ex supports bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, and various combinations. You can customize your equipment preferences in the workout creation screen.
Go to your Profile settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." You'll need to re-authenticate for security, then all your data will be permanently removed.

Absolutely! All your workout edits are automatically saved. After customizing a workout with reordering, swapping, or adding/removing exercises, it's saved to your history for future use.
